Berlin, as tourists don't know it

The K5 brings the industry together. But the best conversations often happen afterwards: without badges, without a stage. That’s exactly what we’re inviting you to with this side event.

Together with vviinn, we head straight from the conference onto the water in the evening with “Boat & Bubbles” — a private tour in a small group. We pass places where tourist boats don’t go. Off the beaten path and past the sights that truly define Berlin.

18:00 Departure from the K5

We set off right in front of the K5 venue and open the first bottles. You’ll receive detailed information before departure.

Hipster Kreuzberg and Neukölln

We start by cruising through hip Neukölln. Canal water instead of pavements. Backyards instead of main streets. At Baerwaldbrücke, the journey through Kreuzberg begins.

Past the panorama of Potsdamer Platz… from this perspective, it looks smaller than you’d expect. Then the canal widens. The greenery of the Tiergarten spills right down to the water. Berlin at its most idyllic.

Government Quarter

From the water, you can take in breathtaking views of the Reichstag, the Federal Chancellery, and the Hamburger Bahnhof. A sight you won’t forget.

Museum Island

We then continue through Berlin-Mitte, past Museum Island and the historic Nikolaiviertel. From the Spree, you’re treated to stunning views of the Berlin Cathedral, the Pergamon Museum, and the grand facades of the five world-class museums that are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Back at the K5

After about three hours on the water, we wrap up our tour back at the starting point. If you need to join or leave early, we’ll find a solution. But the evening is far from over: Networking, the K5 Party, or open bar at the Estrel Hotel right at the K5 venue. The night is yours.
