K5 Pre-Event: Agentic Commerce Workshop at vviinn

On Monday, June 22nd, vviinn is hosting a workshop on Agentic Commerce. Things get underway at 2 PM, right at vviinn’s headquarters Berliner Büro von vviinn, just a short walk from the Estrel.

This workshop is not a talk nor presentation; it’s a working session. You bring your questions and ideas. We build on them together and share insights from our own work.

Kickoff & Rooftop BBQ

We’re getting started with a casual get-together to set a relaxed vibe right from the beginning. Before we dive into the heavy lifting, we’ll unwind with some refreshments and a rooftop BBQ overlooking the city skyline. It’s the perfect, laid-back counterbalance to an intensive working session. Just good food, great views, and a chance to ease into the afternoon.

The Workshop Session

After we’ve had a chance to settle in and catch up, we will transition into the core workshop, where we’ll explore the real-world practicalities of AI in business.

Defining Agentic Commerce

First, we’ll break down what Agentic Commerce actually means for us. We’re going to take a close look at what agents and chat technologies are delivering today. There’s a lot of noise out there, so we aren’t here for the hype or empty promises; we just want a clear, realistic picture of what to expect.

Building Corporate Chatbots & Agents

Next, we’ll look at how to actually build corporate chatbots and agents. Working alongside moinAI and utilizing advanced LLMs like Gemini Flash, we will show you how it’s done. This will be a hands-on session centered around real-world use cases, allowing us to dive into genuine challenges and spark some fresh ideas.

The Big Picture

We will wrap up the session by looking at the macro view. We’ll define exactly what an agentic approach truly offers our operations and map out how we can reliably measure its success moving forward.
